Rob Langejans, founder, and principal of AlwaysStrategic LLC is passionate about helping salespeople and teams be at their best when facing the customer. Rob started his sales training and coaching career as a presentation skills coach and account manager for a Grand Rapids, Michigan based company that worked with sales leaders in every industry. Because of his experience working with every West Michigan based contract furniture manufacturer, he was recruited to Haworth as a sales trainer. After 8 years of leading sales training programs for field sales and dealers, he invented his own job, the Sales Facilitator. In that role, he coached selling teams just prior to important customer presentations.
In 2020, he launched AlwaysStrategic LLC to share his 25 years of expertise is in communication skills, sales strategy, and team building beyond a single organization. His approach to sales training fuses his business acumen and sales experience with proven instructional design methods. He creates highly effective and enjoyable training experiences.
