The Business Women’s Circle® (The BWC) connects, builds communities and creates experiences for individuals to grow themselves and their businesses. Despite the name, The Business Women’s Circle® is NOT exclusive to women!
Both organizations are coming together to create a growth experience like no other in the industry.
Peer Circles
Our goal is to bring like-minded Dealer Design Leaders together to share their collective wisdom and support one another as they work to achieve business, leadership and personal goals.
Our Circles provide safe spaces for trusted peers to learn, grow and develop their skills through facilitated tools and a curated community of ambitious and caring people.
Our Meetings focus on:
- Creating a growth plan for you and/or your team to share with and get support from your Circle
- Learning more about the industry and best practices from peers while sharing your own experiences
- Developing relationships & expanding your existing network
10 Monthly Meetings
3 hours focused on business and personal growth.
10-12 Members per Circle
Small group size to allow for deeper, conversations and connections.
Problem Solving
Opportunities to use your peers for solving the issues in front of you.
Accountability
Regular review of goals you share in your Circle.
Learning Opportunities
Work with your peers and Facilitator to select group learning topics.

Private online platform where you can connect and find resources.
Now enrolling to start in February 2025!
This first Circle is for 10-12 design leaders in non-competitive territories. The yearly cost is $1800 USD. The Design POP will assign participants to the first Circle on a first come first serve basis. You will be contacted by The Design POP with further instructions and invoicing information in early January 2025. If interest exceeds expectations, we may consider opening another Circle to accommodate.
